There is a fee for this service. This fee is routinely covered by your policy (check with your agent). While doing this inspection we document your claim with digital pictures and a written report detailing the damage to your furniture and individually itemizing the damage, repair and restoration charges including materials. 

Your insurance adjuster may want to review larger claims and assess the appraised value of any item(s) to determine if the restoration exceeds the replacement value. You may also want to have a professional appraisal done on your antique pieces to determine how much the damage has decreased the value. We work closely with you to assure that your compensation is equal to the damages you have sustained. Once you have your Furniture Damage Claim Report and appraisal you are ready to settle with you  insurance carrier. At this point you can proceed with the authorization of the restoration work.
